Half-day Wildlife Boat Trips
Visitor Mooring Buoys & Pontoon Berth
Salen Jetty is situated on Loch Sunart on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, 40 miles west of Fort William on the rugged and picturesque West Coast of Scotland.
The Jetty has been owned and run by Mark & Jan since 2010 and we offer half day wildlife boat trips on the beautifully scenic Loch Sunart on our Charter Boat Mingary.
Also available are Visitor Mooring Buoys, a pontoon berth, and a Toilet/Shower facility along with Marine Red Diesel & Bottled Gas. We also have an all-tides slipway and storage ashore for day boats.
Salen is a picturesque bay on the north shore of Loch Sunart.
Within the shore facilities building is the local village shop, off licence and tearoom, owned and run by Paul & Anita. Besides general groceries they sell Barista style fresh coffee, hot/cold drinks, home baking, snacks and ice-creams to eat in or take away.
They can be contacted on 01967 431557.
The village has different walks available for all abilities. Walks sheets are available from the Jetty.
A short walk from the Jetty is The Salen, Licensed Cafe, who can be contacted on
