Visitor Pontoon Berths
Our new pontoon was installed in October 2011 and provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 visiting craft.

All the fingers are 12 metres long, each bay is 12 metres wide and the landing stage is 14.5 metres long.

The berths are very easy to manoeuvre into, even for larger and beamier boats and most are facing into the prevailing winds.

The pontoon has plenty of depth, normally a minimum of 3 metres but the outer berths are in a minimum of 10 metres. If you need any advice on depths please ask.

Fresh Water, by hose, is on the pontoon and it is planned that electric will be available for the 2012 season. The pontoon is fully insured.

Berths can be reserved, if preferred, by phone (max. 24 hours in advance).

Visitor Moorings in the Bay
We have 4 Commercial Swinging Moorings in the bay which have red buoys with orange pickups and are marked ‘Jetty’ and ‘Visitor’. These are suitable for boats up to 15 tons and 20 metres in length. All the moorings are in deep water (minimum 10 metres).

The moorings are well maintained, inspected annually and fully insured.

Tenders can now be left on the pontoon - please use the designated area on the pontoon plan.

The entrance to the bay is wide and simple to navigate - just keep to the East of the cardinal marker. There is deep water in most of the bay.

This plan will be generally used for pontoon berthing but there will be flexibility according to demand.

Marine Red Diesel
Marine Red Diesel is available at competitive rates from our new tank which was installed in 2010.

Red Diesel can be supplied to commercial customers at the rebated duty rate and also for Private & Pleasure Craft on a 60/40 split.

We hope to be able to supply Red Diesel from both the Jetty and the Pontoon for the 2012 season.
