The jetty was constructed around 1820 under the supervision of Thomas Telford. The maximum depth alongside the jetty is 4m at Mean High Water Springs. Tidal times and heights are the same as Oban. We offer visitors moorings, boat launching facilities and red diesel sales with many more services planned in the future.
We have 4 Commercial Swinging Moorings for visiting Pleasure Craft up to 20 metres with a maximum weight of 15 tons. These are inspected annually. Our moorings are red buoys with orange pickups and are marked 'Visitor' & ‘Jetty’.
Marine Red Diesel is available at competitive prices.
We have a slipway which is all tides and will handle any size of boat. Assisted tractor launching is available if you don’t want to get your wheels wet! Please ring before, if you need assistance, to ensure that Mark is around and not on his annual trip to the big city (Oban!).
